Catalog and service requests

Catalog prices are starting prices, not binding quotes. A final service plan depends on room count, access, condition, requested priorities, timing, and any special instructions. A request is not a confirmed appointment until Brightora confirms it directly.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide safe access, disclose relevant hazards or access limitations, secure valuables, and identify areas that should not be entered. Brightora may pause or decline work where conditions create an unreasonable safety concern.

Scheduling and changes

We make reasonable efforts to honor agreed arrival windows. Please contact the care desk promptly if you need to reschedule. Any cancellation or rescheduling charge will be explained before it applies.

Payment

Payment terms, accepted methods, taxes, and any approved additional work will be communicated before service. The website cart is a planning tool and does not process payment.

Website content

Service descriptions are provided for general planning. We may correct errors, revise offerings, or improve content without changing a confirmed service agreement.

Intellectual property

Brightora Home Care owns or licenses the website's text, brand elements, and interface. Visitors may read and use the site for personal service planning but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Brightora is not responsible for indirect losses arising from website unavailability or information supplied by a visitor. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
